Leadership
Presence becomes strength. Calling becomes stewardship.
“Strangers will shepherd your flocks; foreigners will work your fields and vineyards. And you will be called priests of the Lord, you will be named ministers of our God. You will feed on the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast. Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.”
Why Leadership Matters
Leadership is the movement of Isaiah 61:5–7 — the moment Jesus forms a disciple into a priestly presence, someone who carries His character and represents His heart. Leadership matters because it is where a disciple's maturity becomes influence. It is not about position or authority; it is about presence, consistency, and the ability to guide others with humility and clarity. Without Leadership, the disciple's Calling cannot multiply. Leadership is the stage where a disciple becomes a stabilizing force in the lives of others.
As a Mature Disciple
A mature disciple in Leadership carries integrity, discernment, and humility. They lead from character, not ambition. Their decisions reflect wisdom, patience, and love. They become a steady guide for others, offering clarity without control and direction without domination. Their leadership is marked by service — a willingness to carry responsibility for the sake of others.
Discipling Others
A mature disciple forms leaders by modeling character, offering guidance, and creating space for others to grow. They help people develop clarity, courage, and consistency. They invest in others with patience, shaping leaders who serve rather than seek status. Their leadership multiplies leadership, forming people who carry the same humility and strength.
